We at Team Mosaic are getting ready to 'don our shorts' on the shortest day, and brave the cold! We'll be uncomfortable, especially if the weather continues like this - but we know it's more uncomfortable to be struggling in silence, and braving the chat about mental health can also be uncomfortable - but this is a reminder that it is so important that we all Speak Up and Stay ChatTY
We encourage everyone who can to support the day however you can - we understand not everyone wants to or can wear shorts, but there are other things you can do like donate - but most importantly continue the conversation around mental health.
